Rebecca Gehman is a noted talent attraction thought leader and consultant, and is currently an advisor to Opportunity@Work - a nonprofit focused on re-wiring the labor market to help employers tap into new talent pools. Previously, she was the Director of Talent Attraction at DCI - the leader in place marketing, where she co-authored the industry’s seminal report: “Talent Wars: What People Look for in Jobs and Locations.” She has presented talent research at conferences for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, Southern Economic Development Council, Northeast Economic Development Association, City Nation Place, and more. Rebecca has helped dozens of economic development organizations, mayors, and governors promote their locations to investors and talent.
