This Tuesday, the Amarillo EDC agreed to a $1.8 million deal with the Fairly Group during the Board of Directors meeting.
The deal, which marks the second deal reached during the last four months, could potentially keep Texas Panhandle talent local.
“We want to keep building good jobs here in Amarillo and attract graduates from (West Texas A&M University), people who might otherwise be going to Dallas or Denver,” Fairly Group CEO Bill Creedon said in an interview with the Amarillo Globe News.
