Kick off your summer intern experience at Cornholio! Join us for a night of games, food and drinks! This is a casual evening for you to meet other interns, sign up for some cornhole, grab a drink at the Hazy Hop trailer and some tacos at the Cocina on the Go food truck.

7:15 PM - Pizza & Jazz
A relaxing, casual evening of June Jazz on the campus of Amarillo College with a picnic featuring bomb pizza from 575 Pizzeria.

6:00 PM - Downtown Restaurant Crawl
An exclusive Downtown Dining District experience, featuring tastings from Crush, Six Car Pub & Brewery, Sunday’s Kitchen, and ending the night at The Barfield's rooftop patio (and a hidden corner inside a speakeasy).

8:00 AM - TENTATIVE hike
This has been requested previously. So we thought we'd try and see if enough are interested. Rise and shine early on a Saturday to get to Palo Duro Canyon by 8 a.m. (about a 30 minute drive from Amarillo). We'll do the famous Lighthouse Trail which is a mild hike but about an hour out and hour back. There's an incline at the end to get up to the Lighthouse structure which is a little more strenuous, but could be optional. Then we would stop in Canyon at the Creek House Honey Farm for food and mead wine slushes.
